Take a look at our high volume chemical injection unit

During some recent maintenance works we took the opportunity to do a brief run over our stainless steel chemical injection unit. Given that we are not normally permitted to take video or photos on many of our remediation projects this was a good opportunity to provide a basic understanding of the major features.

Numac has over 10 years experience in chemical injection for the purpose of in-situ chemical oxidation/reduction (ISCO/R). This system seen in this video is the result of 10 years of deveopment and continual improvement of the process. The system is safe, efficient and reliable with any kind of chemical mix, even with the use of activators that produce high temperature and gas.

On previous projects we have regularly exceeded 20,000 per day in permeable formations with this system.

All of our systems can be used with existing well infrastructure or temporary injection probes/screens.

This system is the flagship of our injection capabilities but it is certainly not the solution for all sites. Numac has multiple configurations available and can provide a unit that will meet your project requirements.
